Set of commands to deal with Storage Fee and related actions

Arguments:
1. "command"        (string or set of strings, required) The command to execute

Available commands:
  store "<data>"  - Store "<data>" into the blockchain. If successful, method returns "txid".
  retrieve "txid" - Retrieve "data" from the blockchain by "txid".
